Creator & Affiliate Terms

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, able to enter a contract, and approved by Traidilon. We may decline any application without giving a reason.

2. Commission rules

Approved creators earn 20% on qualifying payments for starter and pro subscriptions, for the first 12 months of each referred subscription. Free accounts never generate commission. Discounted payments earn on the amount actually paid. Renewals qualify within the commission duration. Commission is calculated by our servers from payments confirmed by Stripe.

3. Attribution

A customer is attributed to you when they open your link and create a new Traidilon account within 30 days. The first valid referral wins. Existing accounts, and accounts created before the click, are not attributed. Our records are final.

4. Payment conditions & payouts

Commissions are held for 30 days, then become payable. You can request a payout once your payable balance reaches $50.00. Payouts are processed manually to the payout details you provide; you are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

5. Refunds, chargebacks & reversals

Commissions on refunded or charged-back payments are reversed. Paid commissions are offset against future earnings.

Commissions from fraudulent, refunded or disputed payments are reversed. Reversals of already-paid commissions are offset against future earnings.

6. Prohibited promotion methods

• Spam or unsolicited messages

• Fake accounts or fraudulent signups

• Fake or manipulated reviews and testimonials

• Impersonating or misrepresenting Traidilon

• Guaranteed-profit or guaranteed-return claims

• Misleading trading claims or screenshots

• Self-referrals intended to generate commissions

• Cookie stuffing or forced redirects

• Malicious software

• Bidding on Traidilon brand terms in paid ads without approval

7. Misleading financial claims

Never claim or imply guaranteed profits or returns, that Traidilon predicts prices, or that users will not lose money. Never use manipulated screenshots or testimonials. Trading involves risk and Traidilon is not financial advice.

8. Spam, fake accounts & self-referrals

No unsolicited messages, fake accounts, fake signups or reviews. Referring yourself or accounts you control does not earn commission and may lead to termination.

9. Paid advertising

You may not bid on Traidilon brand terms or run ads that look like official Traidilon ads without written approval.

10. Trademark usage & brand representation

Use only the logos and materials we provide, unmodified. Do not present yourself as Traidilon or as an employee, and do not register domains or handles containing the Traidilon name.

11. Disclosure requirements

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you share your link, in the way required by the laws and platform rules that apply to you and your audience.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation for breaches of these terms. Suspended creators do not earn new commissions. Unpaid commissions from breaches may be forfeited.

13. Changes to the program

We may change commission rates, durations and rules for future payments. Changes do not affect commissions already earned.
