Terms of Service

1. The service

Traidilon is a software tool that analyses trading and market charts, identifies technical patterns and indicators, and produces educational, probability-based analysis. Traidilon is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or portfolio manager. It does not execute trades and does not hold client funds.

2. Accounts

• You must provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per person unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Your responsibilities

• Use Traidilon lawfully and in line with the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Only upload content you are entitled to upload.
• Make your own trading decisions; do not treat the output as advice.

4. Plans, billing and renewal

• Traidilon offers a Free plan and paid Starter ($29/month) and Pro ($49/month) plans. Prices are shown in the app and may change with notice for future billing periods.
• Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• Plan limits (for example daily analysis limits) are enforced by the service.
• Failed payments may result in loss of paid features until payment succeeds.

5. Cancellation, suspension and termination

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellation takes effect. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or create legal or security risk, with notice where reasonably possible.

6. Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

Traidilon, its software, design, Academy content and branding belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the charts and screenshots you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and display that content back to you and to send it to the AI provider that generates your analysis.

9. AI-generated analysis

Analysis is produced by automated models and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Confidence values are model estimates, not measured probabilities of market outcomes. Nothing produced by Traidilon is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

10. Third-party services

The service depends on third parties including payment, hosting, AI, market-data and, if you connect them, exchange or broker APIs. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or their own terms.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Traidilon available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Market data and AI features may be degraded, cached or temporarily unavailable. We may add, change or withdraw features.

12. No warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the analysis is accurate, that patterns are correctly identified, that market direction is predicted, or that using Traidilon will be profitable.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is established, which is being finalized, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, which are being confirmed. Consumers may also have the right to bring claims in their country of residence.
