Traidilon is currently in beta. These policies are provided to explain how the current service operates and may be updated as Traidilon's legal entity, services and operations are finalized. Certain legal and business details may currently be pending confirmation. The policies should not be considered legal advice.
What is Traidilon?
An AI-powered tool that reads trading charts, detects technical patterns and indicators and explains what it sees in plain language, for education and research.
Is Traidilon a broker?
No. Traidilon is software only.
Does Traidilon execute trades?
No. It never places orders.
Does Traidilon hold my money?
No. It never holds or moves funds.
How accurate is the AI?
It varies by market, timeframe and chart quality, and it is often wrong. The Accuracy page scores past predictions against real price movement so you can judge for yourself instead of trusting a marketing number.
Can Traidilon guarantee profits?
No, and it never will.
What markets are supported?
Crypto, forex, indices, commodities and stocks that our market-data providers cover. You can also upload a screenshot from almost any charting platform.
How does chart analysis work?
You upload a screenshot or pick a symbol and timeframe. We fetch price data or read your image, compute indicators, and ask an AI model to describe the structure, patterns and levels with a confidence breakdown.
What is the difference between Free, Starter and Pro?
Free: 5 screenshot analyses per day and the Academy. Starter ($29/month): 20 analyses per day, symbol analysis, full pattern library, history and search. Pro ($49/month): unlimited analyses, all timeframes, watchlists with scheduled analysis and read-only connected accounts.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
From the Billing page. Paid features stay active until the end of the period you paid for.
How do refunds work?
We review requests individually — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
How do connected accounts work?
Pro users can add read-only API keys for supported exchanges and brokers so Traidilon can read balances. It never trades or withdraws.
How do I disconnect an account?
Connected accounts → Disconnect. Also revoke the key in your provider's dashboard.
How is my data protected?
Per-user database rules, private image storage with signed links, encrypted connection credentials and HTTPS. See Security & Connected Accounts.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Data & privacy → delete account, or email our privacy contact (email address being finalized).
