AI & Data Use Policy
How AI analysis is produced, what is sent where, and what is stored.

Policy status
Traidilon is currently in beta. These policies are provided to explain how the current service operates and may be updated as Traidilon's legal entity, services and operations are finalized. Certain legal and business details may currently be pending confirmation. The policies should not be considered legal advice.
How analysis is generated
When you upload a chart or request a symbol analysis, Traidilon sends your input — the image, or the symbol, timeframe and computed indicator/price data — to a large language model provided through the Lovable AI Gateway (currently Google Gemini models). The model returns structured output such as trend, detected patterns, support/resistance levels, a confidence breakdown and a written summary.
AI output can be wrong
Output is probabilistic and may contain factual errors, invented patterns or incorrect levels. Traidilon flags images that do not appear to be charts and lowers confidence where the input is unclear, but this detection is not perfect. Always verify before acting.
Uploaded images
Uploaded screenshots are sent to the AI provider for processing and stored in a private storage bucket linked to your account, so you can review them in History. They are displayed to you through short-lived signed links. Deleting an analysis deletes the stored image.
Caching and retention
To reduce cost and latency, generated symbol analyses may be cached server-side for a short period and reused for identical requests. Your analyses, inputs and outputs are retained in your account until you delete them or delete your account.
Model training
Traidilon does not itself train or fine-tune models on your data. We cannot make guarantees on behalf of the upstream AI provider; their handling of submitted content is governed by their own terms. If you need contractual assurances about model training, contact us at our privacy contact (email address being finalized) before uploading sensitive material.
Do not upload sensitive information
Never include passwords, private keys, seed phrases, recovery codes, API secrets, identity documents or other unnecessary personal data in a screenshot. Crop your chart before uploading. Traidilon only needs the chart itself.
